Abstract

This paper aims to reflect on the transnational migrant activism and the utilization of digital technologies. To achieve this, it revisits six studies conducted between 2015 and 2022 within the Ibero-American context. The analysis examines six fundamental aspects of this activism: mobilizing agendas; the articulation between countries of origin and destination; the convergence of digital network spaces and physical locales; the appropriation of network languages; migratory trajectories and the political and communicational repertoires of activists; the relationship with States and the intercultural dimension of activism.
